Although Frank McCarthy provided artwork for the American campaign for Von Ryan's Express (1965) (see image below courtesy of emovieposter.com), Chantrell re-painted McCarthy's design for the UK Quad. The likeness is striking but there are a number of subtle differences as this b/w photo (8"x 12") shows. The photo is of the actual finished artwork & the block placing of the text, can clearly be seen.
