Viking Queen (Hammer) Reference Photo 1966

This is an original photo (12"x 15" approx) used by Chantrell to help him create the poster artwork for this Hammer film. The film was an adventure set in Roman Britain (filmed in Ireland) featuring a number of scantily clad early Britons, including the lead actress Carita (Jarvinen - a Finn). The photo shows chariot riders careering towards some Roman soldiers (these extras must have been a bit alarmed!). The photo has been folded.
