Uncertain Glory Chantrell Video Artwork

Finished painted artwork (19 1/2"x 19 3/4") for the 1990 video release of "Uncertain Glory" (1944) the wartime crime drama starring Errol Flynn. Chantrell faithfully provides a b/w illustration with lovely images of Flynn & his female co-star. Chantrell was obviously pleased with this composition as he signed it (bottom left). It is not known if this artwork was finally used.

The artwork is gouache on Daler artboard with a heavy paper overlay.
