Three prints showing Chantrell's artwork for the un-made Hammer film "Mistress of The Seas" (c' 1973-74) including a mounted colour print of the artwork (8 1/4"x 11 3/4"), a double-sided colour magazine print showing the artwork to one side (6 3/4"x 10") & a large b/w photostat (11 1/2"x 15 1/2") of the same.
At one point, Raquel Welch was mooted in the lead role & later illustrations by Chantrell clearly depict Ms Welch but Chantrell's earlier artwork (as here) show an anonymous female figure.
Like everything sold on this site, a letter stating these items came from Chantrell's own collection, will be provided.
