The sepia like tone & the choice of wavy like font for the title, help to convey a suitably foreboding atmosphere. With his astute sense of commercial realities, Chantrell also gives prominence to several appealing females. The film itself was clearly influenced by "Alien", featuring a spinal fluid sucking monster and an array of unfortunate bimbos. Chantrell was paid £368 for his rough & the finishedc artwork & the print run for this poster was only 750. This example has been folded & has slight wear to the fold-lines.
