This poster design shows Chantrell's admirable flair for colour in his poster design. The pink hues & superlative depiction of Ms Mansfield, denote the film as being of a romantic nature. The bold splashes of blue are striking & capture attention. The montage of photographic cut-outs around the rim highlights the comic content of the movie.

Though never able to attain the iconic status of Marilyn Monroe (1926-62), Jayne Mansfield (1933-67) was a huge star in her day. Like Monroe, however, Jayne Mansfield met an untimely demise which has ensured that she too has a strong following within the coillecting fraternity.
