Mr Topaze Quad Poster Original Artwork

Framed & glazed, this is Tom Chantrell's original artwork for the 1961 film "Mr Topaze". The film marked Peter Sellers directorial debut & teamed Sellers with Herbert Lom (the two sparring to great effect in the later "Pink Panther" series of films). The finished Quad Poster shows added overlayed text & appears to be brighter in colour. Printers proofs were often returned to Chantrell for checking & occasionally disagreements over colour interpretations occurred (we show the Quad Poster for reference). The artwork measures 20"x 27" approx & was framed & displayed by Chantrell in his home (measuring 25"x 33" overall). Obviously, Chantrell was sufficiently happy with this piece, having signed it & also presenting it at home. Please note, Buyers may collect as is or otherwise, the artwork can be removed from the frame for shipping. Given the size/weight etc, a separate P&P quote will be required for this item.
