A large photostat image (15"x 20") of Chantrell's pre-production artwork for "The Lost Continent". Having prepared a design (with trademark gratuitous nudity), Chantrell adapted his artwork replacing a wordy synopsis version (see attached) with the title script for the film, this piece obviously showing a closer resemblance to the eventual Quad poster design. This artwork & indeed these kind of photostats, would have been used by Hammer in financing pitches to the American studios. There is a 3/4" tear to bottom left edge.
