A large photo (13"x 17") of Chantrell's artwork for the "Longest Day" (1962) Quad poster. Interestingly, the photo contrasts with the finished Quad (see below), the positioning of the text being quite different. This indicates that though the central imagery was finished, the positioning of the text (usually applied to an acetate overlay), was still being experimented with.
The photo has been folded & has two old tape repairs to the reverse.
