More about this item:

An interesting piece of artwork for the film that marked Ken Russell's debut as a director. This British comedy was filmed mostly in Cornwall & revolved around a Cornish seaside town staging a Film Festival in order to pull in the tourists. The film starred James Booth, Roy Kinnear & Marisa Mell. The artwork is a "rough" for the Quad poster but we are unsure whether the rough was finally commissioned & printed as a poster, the Quad & the UK 1-Sheet designs shown, being the normal images found on UK posters for this film (UK 1-Sheet courtesy of emovieposter.com). The design is a mixture of artwork & photographic cut-outs & is mounted on artboard, the art itself measuring 15 1/2"x 21". There is some damage & some of the cartoon characters have disappeared over time so the artwork has been priced accordingly.
