Chantrell UK Quad poster (30"x 40") for "Dear Inspector" (1977).
The film was released in France in 1977 as "Tendre Poulet" & was a rom-com thriller. Chantrell has picked up on the rom-com theme & given it a risque twist. It may have been that viewers would have been somewhat surprised at what they saw on screen, given the suggestive poster design. However, as a commercial artist, it was Chantrell's job to entice the public to part with their hard earned cash & in this regard he was a master.
This unfolded "proof" poster carries a few 'scuffs' but largely remains in superb condition.
