Original Chantrell painted artwork (14 1/4"x 19 1/4") of a tiger. This is an unusual piece but shows Chantrell's attention to detail: he frequently used library books & reference photos to ensure his depictions of animals, guns, anatomy etc were accurate. It is possible that this artwork was produced either in relation to "Harry Black" (1958) or "Rampage" (1963) but irrespective Chantrell liked the piece & signed the artwork.

Artwork is gouache on card affixed to board with further painted embellishments surrounding (particularly to the right hand side).
