An original single-sided promotional leaflet (8 1/2"x 11") for the Hammer film "Twins of Evil" (1971) sold together with a reference photo that Chantrell would have staged to help in the composition of the original illustration. This flyer is an example of the pre-production work which Chantrell was frequently commissioned by Hammer to undertake.
As was frequently the case, Chantrell's pre-production Hammer artwork was far more risque (lots of nudity) than would have been permitted at the time for material released to the public at large (this artwork was intended for marketing pitches & for industry only circulation).
Like everything sold on this site, a letter stating these items came from Chantrell's own collection, will be provided.
