Three A4 pieces related to Chantrell's work for the James Bond spoof "Carry On Spying" (1964).

Included are two pages of printed cast names, both with Chantrell pencil annotations & one with some lettering cut-out. The third piece is the most interesting consisting of cut out cast names plus those of Producer Peter Rogers, these affixed to a piece of card, the name of "Dilys Laye" comprised of individual cut out letters which have been annotated by Chantrell. Chantrell's instructions (to a printer or colleague) are also present.

Chantrell created artwork for the Quad, Double-Crown & UK 1-Sheet posters for this film (we show an image of the Quad poster for reference courtesy of https://www.moviepostermem.com/). Whilst we are not precisely sure what these three items were created for, they show the level of detail that Chantrell was involved in for the ad campaign for this classic "Carry on".
