An interesting double-crown poster (20"x 30") for this 1976 sci-fi/adventure. The poster is a bespoke production for one of the marquee London West End cinemas, the Odeon Marble Arch. Such cinemas not only held a privileged position in hosting films just after they had premiered & before nationwide release but also had the size/room/budget to commission especially adapted posters such as this. Print runs on these posters were very small & although not boasting the full colour range of the Quad poster, this day-glo creation would nonetheless have proved to be an arresting sight. The poster remains in excellent condition.
